    Mаny timеs whеn а prеmаturе bаby is bоrn, it is bоrn with dеfоrmity. Surprisingly thеrе аrе саsеs аs wеll whеrе thе bоrn bаby is just finе/nоrmаl! wоuld lоvе tо knоw thе аnswеrs.

    If by seven months you mean 28-32 weeks, the survival chances of a baby are actually very good. Verywell.com puts it at 90-95% and children in this range count as moderately premature. The survival chances drop off very fast if the baby is very premature, born any time before 26 weeks.

    By premature babies born with deformities, I'm not sure what you mean but surviving children born before 26 weeks often (estimated at 1 in ten) have disabilities either caused by not developing their organs fully in the womb, or that caused the early birth to occur.
